Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A1: Our factory was established in 2012 in Liushi Town, Wenzhou City, China.

Q2: What's your sample policy?

A2: The cost of samples and freight should be paid, but will be refunded in the first official order.

Q3: Can you make OEM/ODM?

A3: OEM/ODM will be available. We can put your logo on the products and packages and develop the design according to your requirements.

Q4: What's your period of warranty and certification?

A4: The products from Sinoasian which have CE, ISO9001, RoHs and related certifications aprroval will be given with the service of 2-year warranty except the factors of human or force majeure.

Q5: What's your MOQ and agent/sole-distributor policy?

A5: MOQ of Sinoasian products is 1 pc and the standard MOQ of the customzied products is 3000pcs.

Q6: What's the payment terms?

A6: 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance against delivery.
